Dr. McCoy serves as an adjunct instructor for the USM Center for Continuing Education. She presently teaches:

  •      FALL 2007 - Performance Consulting Program, a required course in USM's Train the Trainer Program
    This course addresses the importance of appropriately timed and effective training and interventions to address performance problems. The course will include reading, discussion, small-group exercises, and a case study. You will learn:
  • to identify the similarities and differences between training and performance consulting
  • to address the key challenges in performance consulting
  • to apply performance consulting tools
  • to diagnose performance problems and the training and non-training solutions to address them

  • Two Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • November 7 and 14, 2007
  • Abromson Center, Portland, ME.
